Making your appointment

We are seeing new patient in person in the office. If you are a new patient and are restricted from seeing us in person due to COVID-19 limitations, we may be able to see you for a virtual visit. Patients are required to leave a $50 deposit to secure their in person appointment which will be refunded after the claim is processed through insurance. If you fail to show for your visit or give us less than 24 hours notice, this $50 deposit will be converted to a “no show fee”. Please call the office at 212 794 2281 to schedule.

If you are scheduling an EMG (electromyography) or EEG, please be advised that there is a $100 fee if the appointment is not canceled with at least 24 hours notice.


Referral

Please have your insurance information and referring doctor's information ready when making an appointment with us. This gives our staff adequate time to obtain any referrals necessary and to verify the details of your insurance plan. It is your responsibility to assure that all necessary referrals have been requested from your primary care provider in advance. If we do not have a referral on file 48 hours prior to the appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and reschedule after the referral has been received. We are able to accommodate most urgent appointments that are referred by a physician. Appointments are usually available within a 1-2 week period. We offer convenient early morning and evening appointments.
